Kivikart.

Kivikart was built around a local need: letting people in Basavakalyan order groceries through an app while giving the delivery operation its own workflow. The product includes more than the customer-facing screen.

01 / Context

The challenge

An ordering service has to connect product browsing and order placement with fulfilment and management. Customers, delivery workers and administrators each need different views of the same operation, so a single app screen would not cover the complete workflow.

02 / Work

The approach

I developed Flutter-based Android experiences for customers and delivery workers, supported by a Laravel administration panel. The setup uses cloud hosting and Google API integrations as documented in the project brief. The public website serves as the product’s online entry point.

03 / Delivery

What the project delivered

The delivered system includes a customer app, a delivery app and a web-based admin area for the local grocery service. This case study describes the documented product components without inventing order volumes, downloads or business results.
